culture has deteroited big time. leaders dont know how to lead and are suffering from main character syndrome where all the blame is put on product managers and the leaders simply boast about how good they themselves are.

The culture is very open in the marketplace. Everyone is approachable - seniors to juniors and cross team peers. A lot of support is available for any challenges which employees may face.
