Indiamart for a long time was untouched by the pandemic but the after shocks can be seen now more clearly. The entire talent acquisition team has been moved to sales as their hiring is closed along with a 23% pay cut. The only thing good about working here is that they didn't lay off its employees.

Dislikes

There are very little good things that could be said about indiamart there is no career growth you could be in same position for 7 years with little increment. There is no respect for ideas or talk about growth, you could be laid off any moment. The quality of workforce is also very poor as mostly you have a fresher team and there is so much attrition that in a year the whole team is gone. Learning is non existent as a recruiter you won't learn job portals and as a sourcer you won't learn sourcing. It's a pretty stressful team as managers are less experienced in core functions and they barely have any excel knowledge that itself is surprising. It's a company you should avoid to start your career as it's preadatory and unethical in all aspects....Read More
