All the things is excellent i.e workstation, employs, Managers, HOD, Directory

All things are excellent but company hire IT person through AMC (Rajesh Chipshet) which is not good. He do not gave salary through cheque or online method. He gave salary as cash in hand and hire employ in minimum wages and he also not gave any PF or ESIC to his employ, This is the reason that i had resigned in Indiamart

I am Assistant Network and Hardware Engineer my manager is Zaheer Alam and Sunder Bisht and my HOD is Gagandeep. i gave technical support to all the users in all floors and i had also go for branch visit if there is any technical issue.

Mostly depends on Profile, but In my case poor Compensation/Appraisal + No benefits or shift allowances as most other companies pay to there Admin Team for extra effort they put to keep infra up.

The company have very bad behavior with their employees they always force on sales, the top management didn't work on how to improve products and after services they only focus on sales, the reputation of company in market become bad day by day.

Working culture is great.. There is no pressure of work in the initial days after your joining.. Training is given to all the new employees so that they can understand the work easily.
