Nothing. No work culture, Not flexible work style, Push marketing, rigid with changes, process and implementation gap, Sales person is responsible for everything even for back end process gaps, things changed already and then after few days you will let know that it has been changed already.

After 7 PM it's your life, but 9 to 7 it's nothing ur minute to even take launch or having any emergency
