The company looks good but apart form that nothing good in that company

Dislikes

very bad company which I have seen, we have to sacrifice our personal life for the company because they are making to work 10-11 hr per day and they said they will provide 45 mints lunch break but they don't even give 30 mint also properly and the TL is a very bad attitude and behaving like a school teacher and controlling employee and should not talk for 5 mints also overall worst company

Top level management is strong and revenue driven based on tech support making work easy for lower level employees. Highly positive and supporting CEO and CFO. They will guide you as you are school kids.

Nothing is to like there they spoil the future of freshers just thinking them as their salve and the salary haha not even worth of our work .. i worked there for 3 months the worst 3 months of life that company is such poor that we have to ask them for the salary dont go there they wont provide what they promise even their clients suffer too much by there unprofessional work Unprofessionalism at its peak there better to work in a Bpo thn there ..No growth there just team leaders are too frustrated that they dont know what to do hahaha they took my certificates and i did not have signed any bond but still they will not give me certificates back if i left .. actually i left at the end of month without informing them coz if i would have have informed them they will not release my salary n then i would have to beg for salary like the others did ... hope u got the answers...Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
