The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of Indiacom that has a online client base services.As a result, I get to travel within the Delhi region is completely dependent on my project and client's location. Another plus point is my colleague comes from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.I do receive appreciation message from my senior. But their is not such benefit like PF and incentive.Also there is no on-job training for freshers.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to directly go to the location of my clients to verify their information showing in Google maps are correct or not. Piching for my company as a online marketer.
