Dislikes

All means all, no promotion, no increment on time. Very poor culture and no job satisfaction. If you join you will spend more than 12 hrs maximum days. No work life balance in this company.

Work life balance is not good due to 6 working days in a week and no leaves for first one year (In probation). If you want to take leaves then it is LOP. Overall company system is old, so if you are from a service based industry it might be a challenge for you to adapt.
