In IFA, You will find the good environment to work also the management team are quite cooperative from the beginning for any changes you required toward the work and for the benefit of the company. I have appointed in the accounts team while talking with me in the process of Interview they came to know i have a knowledge about the capital market, so Mr. Abhishek Goenka have asked me to challenge myself and try to work out of my comfort zone and explore myself in Foreign currency field along with working in the accounts team, the Management will help me to learn about this new field.
