At Contata Solutions I have been given an opportunity to work in the sales department. It's extensive expertise in Data Analytics and Data Engineering backed up by more than 20 years of experience helps me pitching to prospects in a more powerful way. The management is good and they welcome new ideas which is brought on the table. The onboarding process was very transparent and quick, thanks to the HR department. Poor Management without vision Only 130 employees in last 22 years Work on extremely old technology Hire and Fire policy. Attrition is more than 80% year on year. Loosing client and project frequently HR team is not visible, they work as postman. frankly this team is working as "PA" two people.
