In IFA, You will find the good environment to work also the management team are quite cooperative from the beginning for any changes you required toward the work and for the benefit of the company. I have appointed in the accounts team while talking with me in the process of Interview they came to know i have a knowledge about the capital market, so Mr. Abhishek Goenka have asked me to challenge myself and try to work out of my comfort zone and explore myself in Foreign currency field along with working in the accounts team, the Management will help me to learn about this new field. In my personal experience in this company you are allowed to work freely and also allow you to take a responsibilities and make a best decision which are beneficial for the company. Note: In IFA you will get a chance to grow if you sincerely want to learn and work. If you really want to work in capital market then you should apply this company.

I applied for the position online and within a couple of days, I received a call from the HR Team. The hiring process went very transparent right from the interviews to onboarding. The HR is very supportive and has a strong understanding of the roles. IFA Global is a team of dedicated employees having a professional approach to their work. The management, work culture here is extremely good. This place will give you good exposure in terms of learning opportunities. I am glad to be a part of the team. Highly recommended !
