The new subsidiary for which I was working was lead by young people and we all shared a common thought, manager was supportive, flexible in and out time was provided, salary always credited on time

Dislikes

The new subsidiary was managed by the employees of India Expomart and those employee were rigid to accept new work culture, they try to show supremacy of themselves and mostly override the ideas/decision made by the employees of their other subsidiaries.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
