One thing I can say is they can change the timing as it's very hard for me to travel from Chandigarh and reach office on time, But I like this company so I want to stay here and grow here.

There is always a friendly environment, enthusiastic, fun-loving people, weekly fun activities, team lunches, amazing events and celebrations, and a lot more that makes an employee feel very comfortable in the company. This is something that motivates you to get out of bed in the morning and go to work.

Dislikes

The only thing they should improve is their micromanagement so that seniors managers can observe abd communication with newcomers and all of thier juniors, making them more optimistic about their work.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
