It's been a year until now I have never been in a situation where I am pressured to do something. Learning wise I am happy because every quarter I learn and work on something new.

The seniors here are very good listeners. They were always there for me even though there were issues in my personal life. Another thing that I loved about the company was the kind of environment that has been maintained there. There is of course competition but a healthy one.

Overall good experience for me! Work-life balance is as per expectation during WFH. Technical growth work pressure varies based on the delivery of updates and optimizations—other perk-working weekend allowance, no leave/month benefit, etc.
