There will be a hell lot of work pressure on you. They will ask you to sell three or four insurances of third party insurance companies monthly, if you failed to do that means they will either transfer you to a place much far away from your present work location. Almost every employees in a branch includes the B.M need to archive the monthly targets.

1. They didn't provided you a proper training on sales. 2.Don't expect the word corporative mannerisms when you work here. 3. less commission on sales leads.
