Organization focuses on overall development of employees; personal as well as professional. All in-depth trainings are provided before assigning to specific teams. Work-life balance is great, as they provide work from home from time to time.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high, sometimes you need to work >12-13 hours, and it becomes cumbersome to attend late night client calls. In spite of working very hard, your hard work would go unnoticed and you may not get proper appreciation.

Work Details

Overall work-life balance is good. Work pressure may be high at times. HR is very interactive and approachable, and provide quick solutions. Also, on most Fridays, there are some fun-at work activities organized which help in overall relaxation.
