As a company there are many extra curriculum activities apart from work and it makes employees feel good to stress out from work They provide free lunch.

I have worked around 1.3 years in Indecomm and I am working in a project whichh has rules like 1. We need to stay inside ODC for 8 hrs 2. We should not go to our colleagues desk and talk 3. We should not use call rooms for taking personal calls Serously !!! these are the rules which we need to follow in our project and HR also supports it. How can a employee work in such frustrating environment where we cant even tell our problems to HR where every power lies with manager and he is the boss. What rules he makes need to be followed without telling a word. And coming to growth. We dont get chance to learn any new technologies. We will be assigned with work which we dont even have experience and manager doesnot care about it and if we complain also he doesnot even give a try to put in our respective skill set. And coming to job security. If by any chance you come to bench only way is you need to leave company because they never try to fill positions by giving opportunity to internal people.
