The managers are all from different fields and don't know how the process works. They will ask you to do overtime but without any extra payment. Shifts will change on a weekly basis. If you're working the night shift then on a Friday they will ask you to come in the morning shift from Monday without any kind of explanation or a thought that this change might cause inconvenience for you and your family. You have to be a master 'oiler' to expect any kind of recognition or growth even if your work exceeds expectations. They take work whose deadlines are impossible to meet and you have to work extra hours and weekends everytime.
