Nothing is good about Incture. No Brand name. Stagnant growth. They are trying to push for IPO. That also not happening.

Directors are headless chickens and they are running the company. They hire people then when can't give them salary , just fire them. No job security. Stupid managers. Huge work load. No work-life balance. Stupid expectations. Bad work culture.

HR Policies not documented. They are made on the fly. No portal to see the policies. Management keeps on giving false hopes and playing politics The project with them are mostly on obsolete technologies Route their employees through accenture so you are basically an accenture employee on incture's payroll working on a client location. No say whatsoever in the treatment or work given to their employees. You cannot get your leaves encashed after you leave You cannot take sick leaves in notice period even if you are on your death bed, or you will have to extend your notice period. My experience working at this company was disappointing and frustrating. The work culture was toxic and unprofessional. Employees' personal lives were judged, and there was a complete lack of job security. Even experienced professionals with 5+ years of service could be terminated without any valid reason or warning. The management showed no concern for the well-being or growth of employees, and decisions were made arbitrarily. Overall, it was a highly stressful and demotivating environment....Read More

There is nothing called work life balance here, you will be asked to work even when you are sick. 2. there is no proper project management as the sales team decides to complete the project in 1 month, which originally should take atleast 3 months, and in the end the developer will be questioned. 3. You will be asked to work even on saturdays and sundays, or even holidays. 4. The working hours are really strict, you are bound to stay in the office for 9 hours. 5. Their policies can change at any time, interns were asked to come to office for 6 months unpaid, otherwise their internship would be of 9 months. For those who came to office and stayed and worked even on Saturdays and Sundays, it was worse. After 6 months, they suddenly decided to extend the internship period by another 3 months. And in between every 14 days there would be an assignment and threats that whoever doesnt clear would be fired. After extending the 3 months trainee period also, there was 6 months more of the probation period. After which again there was an assignment and threat to be fired. 6. they keep saying that they dont have many projects,but on the other hand they keep on hiring new candidates each day....Read More

There is nothing as such to like. They will treat employees as daily wage workers. No hike nothing. Just giving CTC numbers but in hand is pennies. 6 LPA - 34k inhand 7 LPA - 38k inhand 8 LPA - 43k inhand

Directors are worst. Do not know how to behave with employees. They treat employees really bad. Even call at late night while its raining cats and dogs to come office for work.

No set HR policies , the attrition rate is quite high due to the policies . They are a bit stingy in rolling out variable pay.
