There is no certification opportunity or structured training but on the job training is amazing. You'll learn things in 6 months, what takes years to learn in Big/Established companies. Its basically baptism by the fire approach. Another very good thing about the company is the approachability of people. Most Leaders/Senior Leadership are very approachable, and are friendly and helpful. You can drop by them or ping them on teams to get lost of your problem solved. Growing Pains: The company is expanding too fast into to many areas, so it's lot of work for a few people. And because of this, the attrition rate is very high. And the hiring is slow or non existent due to poor planned causing high workload on remaining people. Chaotic Decision Making: The Top management, (CXO, VP & Advisor level) don't have a clear goal/strategy in mind and are mostly are very very spontaneous. So there is no clarity on work, leading to lot of rework. Some of them are unorganized with poor communication skill. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No Job Security: They'll hire people in one quarter and then fire the same set of people in the next quarter giving performance as reason</mark>. Hard to believe, when the person has hardly worked for 2 months. Poor Work-Life Balance: When the whole world is moving to hybrid mode of working the company expects everyone to report to work daily at 8am/9am and stay till 6-7pm. Nothing is good about Incture. No Brand name. Stagnant growth. They are trying to push for IPO. That also not happening.

Dislikes

Directors are headless chickens and they are running the company. They hire people then when can't give them salary , just fire them. No job security. Stupid managers. Huge work load. No work-life balance. Stupid expectations. Bad work culture.
