Poor engineering leadership. Engineering org is treated like second grade citizens. Made a Product person as a CTO who has never written a line of code and the Head of Engineering lacks leadership skills. Architect who has never managed people was made engineering head who is pretty incapable.

It's a great company to work with. Lots of new tech stack used and epic people surrounding you to help you learn and grow. I miss being in that environment.

My manager Deepak karnand is a bad person, he is a sadistic person with a psycho path behaviour I feels like , he might have a psychological trama is past, because of its effect he is having evil attitude, he will get pleasure by torturing other through irritating mails for his attitude he will not get married in his life, if he got married also his wife will run away because of his attitude
