"Incheon Group provided great support and took excellent care of the staff. It was one of the best dealerships in Kerala where I worked, and they looked after their employees very well. I am fully satisfied with the dealership, and the company offered excellent facilities and a great experience."

Dislikes

The company and infrastructure are excellent, but the sales pressure is high. Our dealership head does not take care of our staff and puts extra pressure on employees. He never listens to employees' problems, and most of the meetings are conducted after working hours, so we can't spend time with our families.

I joined this firm to learn about sales and have an experience in management. Also to polish skills to manage people to a common goal, so far they provided with an excellent stage, so that I could observe, learn and implement.

Dislikes

Sometimes the seniors judge with there limits and often you are misjudged. Either you need to wait till they see the big picture or you need to take the heat till they realise. Often missing the difference between polishing and scratching.

The company doesn't care our hardwork, the concern agm in our dealership asks us cheat our customers and sell thevparts in orginal price and say to customers that we had discounted from oem price. Waterpurifier not available in Cafeteria ratherthan fixing here thats placed on salesbackoffice for no reason. Whenever I want to drink some hot water/ cold water. I need to go downstairs to backoffice itself. Its really timewasting. Full Expense in OD will not provided by the company,when we submit a claim the food expense is also cutting down, its very sad
