it was good when in started off. however lot of wrong people have been hired who are just bosses and not leaders and who have no clue how teams are managed

Dislikes

lot of manual work and paper work . uncessary delay by decision makers. few leaders who have no clue how to lead a team.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
