Course allocation in advance. Formal communication through emails. Salary paid latest by 05th of next month. Small gifts and parties to all employees on festivals like Holi and Diwali.

Does not look and feel like an MBA college but a show-biz. Class size of more than 100 students in a section in term-5 and term-6 of MBA. A subtle environment where everyone is made to feel insecure. Lopsided organizational policies, Culture of touching feet, Non-professional work environment, Compulsory celebration of festivals in the college, Putting responsibility of organising fests and star shows on faculty members, Indirectly forcing faculty members to act as bouncers in the fests and star shows....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
