Company is friendly but have dependency on few senior non deserving people which will make your career hell.

In few projects the team have specific members which are so unprofessional and non deserving. They are there just because they created dependency on themselves by staying in the same project since past few years. Company is good but if you get such projects with such non deserving, I'll mentality people then I will feel sorry for you.

The Job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I was in it support team. Team Culture was very poor. Forcefully took work from extra hours which was without pay ....its very dissatisfied & disappointed. Nepotism & give Buttering to their manager & then take advantage for promotion.
