Everything is good but inside the company politics use for new joining. I think its good for few person and bed for few.

Work culture is very good, Company policies are up to the mark, Working environment is pretty good, All staff is very encouraging all time.

There is No canteen for all staff and workers.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
