They think there employee are only slave Who dont have a right atleast a single leave in 30 days while sunday running also on 12 hours two shifts.. Worst management Either you can say its harassment of employees to expect work from them 30 days of month with 12 hours shifts continuously.. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
