Employee which are on company role get 80% salary during lockdown but NO salary for casual employee and on contract.

There is no work load. Good for fresher's. salary is very low and understand all the policies of this before joining because first they will tell your salary without CTC and when you get your joining letter, you will the salary was they were saying about it is CTC and actual gross salary is very low compare to CTC.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
