Likes

Overall good company from job security and moderate employee benefit perspective but faces challenges on lacking system, poor managerial capability, lesser percolation of vision and innovation.

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike rather it is good democratic company and give freedom to work up to your potential. Only missing link is systematic knowledge upgradation and lack of ownership among almost all folk which might frustrate any responsible stakeholder.

Work Details

Normally it is good and does not suck as other companies for middle and senior managers

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
