Need to improve HR practices by evaluating employees' caliber and renumeration in return. Lots of good employee leave this company because of poor salary with respect to their job profile.

Company is good but no work life balance, CFO has no clear direction, you will feel being a slave while working with CFO and in F&A team. Working hours are 9 to 5.30 for attendance but real work starts after 5.30 pm. None of the day will go without extending hours and you will be fortune enough if can exit office at 11 pm after log in at 9 am. Login at 9 am is mandatory else half day attendance will be applied and it doesn't matter you stayed there upto 11 pm....Read More
