Really bad work culture. Root cause of problem is the founding team and the old employees (who are the senior leadership here). Office politics is unimaginable here. Also, no respect to employee's time. Very Important - If you plan to join, be very clear about office reporting policy, and notice policy. They hold 100% of your salaryfor the 90-day notice period. They don't mention this clearly in your offer letter. The HR team has a habit to sneakily push in absurd policies. So read every document you sign.
