... plan to join, be very clear about office reporting policy, and notice policy. They hold 100% of your salary for the 90-day notice period. They don't mention this clearly in your offer letter. The HR team has a habit to sneakily push in absurd policies. So read every document you sign. Another example is your appraisal letter, where they mention a 1 year bond. If you missed reading it, yoy are screwed.

... and in interviews you get to know it's something else. They wasted my 20+ days. They want you to do multi tasks and salary will be low. Their HRs only say please compromise a bit. I qualified all the rounds and at the end moment they didn't have enough budget. Things & Work they demand costs lakhs and they say will pay you 40k. Not expected this thing from them. I'm talking about their office that is in Mumbai.

No proper management got late salary due to internal problem manager does not respond neither hr waiting for my f and f still no reply after 45 days people who are close to manager received their salary after leaving no 45 days looting fraud company in name of donation and insurance to people and needy they will hire you and remove in pip no use after performing good as well worst company ketto is good it doesn't frauds the donor as well

I like the salary package and the work this company is doing it's really great where they are helping needy people those who are suffering from life threatening disease and the patient's are getting money from their treatment on time and alot of life was save also night shift manager behaviour is good with everyone...

Dislikes

Team leader behaviour is not good with employees and there's no work ethic followed by any one on floor, very bad part about company is that they are providing only one week off in night shift which is against India Government law...

For only DRT dept. - Everything. Kabhi bhi kuch bhi rule start ho jayega kabhi bhi end ho jayega. Even after giving in writing company won't stand by its words. Everything is super unorganised. No systematic process for anything. No SOPs. For agents it is even worst, No R&R for top performers and no action for top defaulters. In fact defaulters are rewarded for their performances (achieved by unethical means). The assistant manager is the main culprit, he wants to unfaily extract and exploit each and every bit of the employees under him. Morever, the company does not have answers to a lot of genuine questions on where and how the funds are being utilised. A lot claimed by the company and the agent's pitch are just empty talks. On those critical issues agents are not kept well informed and yet they are expected to perform the best irrespectively. Stay unemployed never come here.
