The office is in the prime location with huge building in Andheri, Mumbai. The working culture is fine but at times it is pressuring depending on the department you're working. The company gives basic facilities like PF, Health Insurance etc. There are incentives as well when performed well.

Dislikes

The managerial level is a bit toxic. Especially the manager I worked with was too toxic to work with. Internal politics, uncalled competition and unnecessary work pressure made me quit my job.

- The content manager was extremely toxic. Talk to her negatively once & she will make your life miserable and bad mouth you to every other person in the company - No work ethics - No perks - No competitive salary - No proper appraisals - Bad leadership - People will call you up on weekends also out of the blue

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
