Working environment is pretty much good and good culture. Management is transparent and supportive teammates. Conducting festivals and cultural programmes every year. Company provides bonus every year.

There is a bond of 1.5 years before which you cannot resign in the case of freshers. And a 3 month notice period for the experts

The job is quite interesting for the first time I have joined!I struggled a bit in the middle as I was moved to multiple projects back to back.I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to be a part of R&D team and that mould be a multi technologist.

Desk job related to data manipulation and drawing preparation. I don't see a big career growth in this field. Sub-par renumerations. This would be the only management in the world that doesn't like it's previous employees succeed. The moment you put in resignation, they'll do whatever in their power to make your life miserable.
