worst company in my carrier

there is no work culture and MD is worst person he don't have ethical values. He use to talk non sense things and there is no efficient people in the right designation. In QA department AGM (Veera Jafaa) and GM (Sachin Jaffa) people are worst and they won't deserve for their positions and there is no team work and try put some one head.too much working hours. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
