Very pathetic... They have their process going on in noida sec 16...there is man called atul.. He remove people from process without giving any explanation... Shame on amity for giving responsibility to such people... Shame on him Salary deduction by atul without any reason... They call u during festivals also and there is no work only they talk about boyfriend and girlfriend... What shameful people... Shame on their parents... Most of the girls are cheap and manager himself having affair with akansha and gives all benefits to this woman... Last month they enjoyed a lot on the name of training.. I have working in ileads for almost 1 year now, I have learned a lot so far. The working environment here is also very good, all our seniors and staff members are supportive, everyone listens to us and solves our problems. I have not yet felt that my voice has been ignored, it is a little late but I have done less.

Dislikes

Similarly, everything is good here but the problem of the system remains but the success is also reduced. we have to ask earlier about week-off but you can also take leave due to emergency. There was a little workload but at the same time there was time for entertainment. I also got bored because same work of everyday. Rest I am not saying that all employees will share same experience.
