Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in callaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
