Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Best Company in India to Learn the work of CO-Generation,Plant,Thermal Pant,Sugar Factory Maintenance Plant & finally best for the EHV & HV Power & Control Panel Production, Testing & commissioning.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high,and have never received the appreciation from the Management & senior are not friendly & co-operative in nature.No any adjustment for the Leave.
