Supportive and motivating PI makes it much easier at all times for learning. During lockdown I never felt like my learning hindered but this time taught us as a team that we can achieve our goals while working steadily without taking much pressures. Here, the small category workers will never be made permanent. Those who are in the office, they are making them permanent, but those who are from the small category are in a very bad situation, they do not have government jobs and the work is being done here with high skills. They are giving salary for unskilled skills and neither are they giving any trade.
