As it is a huge institution every day was i use to learn new things. I got various experiences from my seniors. Its a good place where we can get open up to lots of things. We can also place our point of view towards my seniors . They also helped me out and supported me to learn new things

Dislikes

There is no growth as such for my work and no increment as well. The role which we are assigned and our work is completely different and for that they don't give us any proper designation.

Work was exciting at the start but later on it became boring as we didn't had enough of work regarding my field.

The IIT faculty I am proud that I have work in this Institute near about 44 years. October, 1975 to Feb, 2019, and six month Application Software Center (ASC) up to June, 2019, I have learn lot from the staff, Faculty, and Students, at Met.Engg. and Mat. Science.

Dislikes

working hours 8.45 to 5.45 Monday to Friday. Due to senior lever work pressure is less.

from 1975 to 1980 work in the Dept. Office , 1980 to 1992 Powder Metallurgy Lab, 1992 to 2019 work in computer Lab. at same dept.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
