IIHT is the best place to work as Flexible work timings and very supportive management, friendly environment and leaders.

Dislikes

work environment and should be modified. some times I feel there is no appreciation for individual's unique strengths.

my work is to take care of internal trainers occupancy and their payroll, give solutions to training requirements form client and coordinate with clients to manage end to end training delivery.

Dislikes

The work culture can be tough & ruthless, especially for newbies and can impact the work-life balance. Also, despite being an agile, nimble organization there can be some red tape in some aspects of functioning.
