Company policies are good, and I also took positive way to grow our future in this company, & good to see that ,the ambiouns of surrounding area is very well, infrastructure facility is also good, they give salary hike & bonus every year.

work culture is bad, appraisals are not fair and Resign period 2/3 months is to much.

There is a lot of politics, the management doesn't address issues and in career growth is favourable, Gold training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting, I stuggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the my working cycle
