appraisal is good but if you are an exceptional performer , good amount of politics you may witness and better be on the ruling side to keep the momentum going.

Dislikes

career growth is which you have to consider as what you have joined you will retire, no innovation people are lazy and not interested in any kind of progressive things to bring in, no coordination between lower section and higher section.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
