At the time of interview they have giving me the deatils of job profile as "you have to work from branch, arrange customer for loan by calling, n all " after joining I get to know that they have appointed me for some MoHo team which they never told me at the time of interview, there is no branch, only field work, no place to sit, noplace for work, only you have go through market meet people take selfies, its like only field work, and work pressure is high, manager will call you 4-5times a day asking to share live location and will ask about business its like they'll mentally pressurized to you. Actually its not a company fault its all depends on your reporting manager, how he handles the team and my manager was *****. I don't know how he was appointed in the organisation as he don't know how to handle a team, how to talk, his language was rough like villagers. When I joined the company I get to know that already 7-8 employees resigned in 2months because of his behaviour and I was 9th I guess. I only want to say that please clear all the things at the time of interview, because its not the company fault but its about the staff who is working....Read More
