I have enjoyed 1st year of my duration because I have earned more than 5 lacs incentive. After that nothing for like.

Dislikes

So much office politics in IIFL. Work environment is also pethatic. There is no value of ethical employees sincere employees. They always valued those employees who has used short cut to show business growth. In every quarter incentive structure changed. Senior employees encourage to do unethical practices for business growth specially in Big Day.

Hi there, I need a little clarity. I am currently working as a Manager in an NBFC from the past 2.5 yrs. My current CTC is 7.7 Lpa fixed. I've an offer in hand with a CTC of 9.7 LPA but with a designation lower than manager i.e. DM. What is your take on it? Should I accept the offer? Is it a fair pay?
