Easy work, not very challenging. Can breeze through without working too hard. The hard part about the working is just coordination with indecisive business team and meeting unachievable deadlines.

1. Office politics is extremely high. 2. Bonuses are not given fairly. 3. Do not expect increments no matter how much work you put in unless you suck up to your bosses. 4. Re-work ratio is EXTREMELY high because of indecisive management and business team. 5. Work culture is not really great. Expected to work a lot. Will call you even on weekends, late nights, on leaves. It’s messed up. 6.
