Bad politics in the team which can literally shattered you into pieces. Always treated as an outsider despite best efforts one can put in at a senior level. Huge salary cut even before pandemic and during pandemic too. laid off and termination appears to be normal. The assurances or terms agreed at the time of interview were not followed after joining. Lost confidence and mental peace.

Hi there, I need a little clarity. I am currently working as a Manager in an NBFC from the past 2.5 yrs. My current CTC is 7.7 Lpa fixed. I've an offer in hand with a CTC of 9.7 LPA but with a designation lower than manager i.e. DM. What is your take on it? Should I accept the offer? Is it a fair pay?
