Likes

Good job security at the corporate level. Great exposure to Mid & Senior level management at Corporate office. Focus on taking responsibility and getting things done. Good salary & increments vis-a-vis competitors.

Dislikes

Lacks team culture. Poor training by L&D Team. Teams are always under-staffed. Company/Department-level Recognition & appreciation is visibly zero for the Corporate level (exists in Sales team only).

Work Details

Able to handle multiple projects at IIFL. Open communication & support from all stakeholders.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
