There are less people doing too much, so employees get more projects and the comapny is open for employees to work on new projects (can be by their own choice or dreams)

Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. Back end payment team support is very slow for loan payment issues for customer. Loan disbursal amount strucked in other bank ifsc code mistake . Already 1month complete but issue is not resolved
