Hi there, I need a little clarity. I am currently working as a Manager in an NBFC from the past 2.5 yrs. My current CTC is 7.7 Lpa fixed. I've an offer in hand with a CTC of 9.7 LPA but with a designation lower than manager i.e. DM. What is your take on it? Should I accept the offer? Is it a fair pay?

Salary criteria was good.

Dislikes

Work culture was too bad. No support from seniors and audit department always target the employees. They don’t provide the training to employees in any sector. Moreover, they always try to spoil the career of the employees as employees has to fight for FNF and relieving.

Most dislike part is comes from the employees, those who are thinking that they are the boss. But need to understand that he/she is not doing 1% of business also create a hugeeee preser to employees. Need to be correct that. And some branch manager are need to be terminated they are taking money with the name of Company and asking and taking money in front of us.
