IHG as a company is a good place to work with. Employee friendly policies, benefits, facilities, decent profile. Very onshore partners.

Pathetic management that ruined the reputation of great company and converted it into hell from heaven. Promotions are biased and given to undeserving candidates. Managers and above levels don't have any skills, zero business knowledge, don't know how to communicate with subordinates and others, incapable of taking rational decisions. They are just saving their jobs at the cost of employees. They don't deserve their current position and not able to get jobs outside IHG hence terrorised the environment.
